Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Auryn piece. If for any reason you're not, we make returning or exchanging simple and stress-free.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that:
- The item is unworn and undamaged
- The item is in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is included
If you're in the EU, you also have a separate 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, without needing to give a justification.
How to Start a Return
- Email kotysvov@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Drop it off at your nearest post office or courier point
Please don't send an item back before requesting a return — unrequested returns can't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items for a different size, style, or piece of equal value. Email kotysvov@gmail.com with your preference and we'll sort it out for you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Sale items and gift cards (final sale)
- Items returned without original packaging after 30 days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at kotysvov@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
