We want you to love your Auryn jewelry. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If you're in the EU, you also have a separate 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason.
To start a return, email kotysvov@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
