Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Poland, the rest of the EU and the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location, as most pieces are made to order and shipped from our fulfillment partners. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. If you're in the EU, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

To start a return, email kotysvov@gmail.com and we'll send you instructions. Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as unrequested returns can't be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Sizing Guide

Rings: Our rings such as the Vintage Court Statement Ring feature an adjustable open band that comfortably fits sizes 6-9 (US). The Gold Star Birthstone Ring is available in standard sizing — check the product page for the size chart.

Bracelets: Most bracelets include an adjustable extension chain or open-cuff design to fit most wrist sizes. Chain-link styles (Cuban link, Buddha chain) are available in multiple widths (e.g. 3mm-11mm) so you can choose a slimmer or bolder fit.

Necklaces: Chain lengths are listed on each product page. Multi-layer necklaces are designed to sit at varying lengths for a layered look out of the box.

Jewelry Care Instructions

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion and chemicals — put jewelry on last, take it off first.
  • Store pieces separately in a dry place (a pouch or lined box) to prevent scratching and tangling.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to keep the plating and stones looking their best.
  • Avoid wearing during swimming, showering, sleeping or intense exercise to extend the life of the finish.

Materials We Use

Our collection includes pieces in copper with rose gold/silver plating, gold-plated alloy, titanium steel, and genuine S925 sterling silver, set with cubic zirconia and zircon stones. Each product page lists the exact material and stone for that item.

Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other checkout options shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
